Edition 21 tackles the question of whether e-learning fosters social inclusion and asks how it can foster amongst equity groups' equal participation in training and workforce development.
Are technologies truly accessible? Do they carer for learners’ diverse needs while promoting positive learning experiences and greater participation in training? Our contributors have wrestled with these questions and provide unique insights into how e-learning technology can foster social inclusion.
